This way, you can focus on brushing your teeth without worrying about the time. Another option is to divide your mouth into quadrants and spend 30 seconds brushing each quadrant. This method will help ensure that you take the time to brush all surfaces of your teeth thoroughly. Finally, remember that two minutes is a general guideline; if you feel you need to brush for longer, go for it. The important thing is that you are taking the time to clean your teeth properly. Remember to brush your tongue as well.

4. Use the Right Toothbrush
